We serve others by demonstrating God’s love in practical ways by caring for the felt needs within our communities and sphere of influence. Simple and practical acts of kindness can open hearts to the love of Jesus for both those being served and those serving. Our Outreach Ministry is accomplished in three ways. We believe we're called to share Christ locally, nationally, and globally.

Local Outreach
We reach out locally to our cities through Small Groups, local outreach opportunities, financially supporting Community Outreach Partners, and our weekday education ministry, Opendoor Education.
The main way we reach out to serve locally is through our Small Groups. Each semester our Small Groups partner with incredible organizations in our community to make a difference.
We want every person who is passionate about helping others to find the right opportunities to effectively use their gifts to build up the body of Christ and extend the Kingdom of God. Our Small Groups Directory can help you find a group that fits your interest, location, and time preference.
Each month Opendoor Church partners with several local outreach organizations here in the Greenville area to provide hundreds of volunteer service hours. Local Outreach Partners
Several years ago we made a decision to be a partner instead of being a competitor—instead of replicating all of the social services in our cities, we decided to partner with them by giving them money and manpower. We support these organizations and ministries as they make a difference.
This is a win-win for those who give to Opendoor Church, because not only do you get to ensure that your investment is making an eternal difference, you also get to be a part of the support the church can provide to our community.
Opendoor Education
Opendoor Education is our weekday education program helping children birth through sixth grade know God through Opendoor Child Development Center, Opendoor School, and Opendoor After School.
As a church we understand that the next generation is a gift and a responsibility. Through intentionally spirit-led education our goal is to educate and raise up passionate believers of Jesus Christ.
National Outreach
We reach out to our nation by partnering with Trinity Fellowship Association of Churches to help them continue to build and resource churches across the nation.
Trinity Fellowship Association of Churches
Trinity Fellowship Association of Churches (TFAC) is a network of churches that exists to help Pastors and their teams establish and grow healthy, life-giving churches through networking opportunities, ministry consultation, and development.
TFAC members receive coaching, encouragement, and resources. They also commit to help other network churches become healthy and successful.
International Outreach
We reach out internationally to our world by strategically investing in missions work around the world by partnering with organizations around the world and missionaries in various countries, as well as participating in International Mission trips.
International Outreach Partners
Through our strategic International Outreach partnerships, we have the opportunity to invest in more leaders and plant more churches in the most critical places on earth. This investment touches the heart of our loving God (John 3:16) and responds to the cry of Jesus to “go into all the world” (Matthew 28:19).
We strategically invest in work all around the world with a focus on unreached people groups, children, and church planting.
International Mission Trips
Supporting our International Partners is only part of how we accomplish International Outreach. We also participate in International Mission trips giving us the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus in other countries. This experience is nothing short of life-changing.
