Kids

During each service, children (6 weeks through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way.

Opendoor Kids offers a place where children can discover and develop a passion for God. Our goal is to encourage them in a growing, loving relationship with Jesus Christ and others in an atmosphere where they feel a sense of belonging. Through worship, teaching, and a variety of fun activities, children are exposed to God's Word and challenged to grow in their relationship with God.

Opendoor Kids is offered during all of our Weekend Services, and we would love to see you and your family visit Opendoor Kids this weekend. Join the fun and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!

your first visit

Look for the area designated for first-time families. We will meet your family, check your child into our database system, and one of our Dream Teamers will walk the family to their age-appropriate room. You and your child will be given matching identification tags; and your child will need to wear the name tag while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will return to the pick-up area and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will text you at the number given to us during registration. We ask that you exit the Sanctuary immediately and return to the Kids Check-In Lobby for further instruction.

Littles

Opendoor Littles is for children ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten and is staffed with professional, caring adults who provide a safe and secure environment conducive to the child's physical, social, and spiritual growth. When you are confident in leaving your child in the care of our staff, then you are able to worship with a sense of security. We have taken great care to prepare our preschool rooms to be the best environment for your child with age-appropriate toys and an opportunity to interact with others.

ELEMENTARY

Elementary offers a place where children from first through fifth grade can discover and develop a passion for God. Through worship, teaching, and a variety of fun activities, children are exposed to God's Word and challenged to grow in their relationship with God.


Our children's services are fully staffed with adults and high school students who are committed to teaching and ministering to children. You can be confident that your child is in good hands and having a great time learning about God while you worship.

KIDS CAMP

Our Kids Camp will help your child discover who God says they are in an exciting and unforgettable way!

During our services, they will learn important Biblical concepts, worship, and play fun games just for them. Our Kids Camp is available for all RISING 2nd - 6th graders.

Child Dedication

No one will have more influence on your child than you! We believe that what happens at home is more important than what happens at church. It is our hope that we can partner with you from the very beginning. We want to be your biggest fans, your strongest supporters, and your trusted guides as you raise your child to know what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Child Dedication is more than an event. It is an opportunity for you to take some time at the beginning of your journey as a parent to think about what will matter most in the life of your child, talk together, and decide what you value and what you can do today that will have the greatest impact on your child’s future.
