The Production Director leads the production ministry of Opendoor Church by creating environments where people can encounter the presence of God through excellence in audio, video, and lighting. This leader shepherds and develops Production Dream Team members, helping them grow spiritually, technically, and relationally while cultivating a culture that is Spirit-led and team-driven.
