What are call times?
Thursdays at 5:30 PM and Sundays at 7:15 AM. Arrive early enough to be ready before rehearsal begins.

Who do I report to on Sundays?

What if I get sick or I’m running late the morning of?
Production:

Where are headsets (Production) and in-ears (Worship) located?
For Production: Headsets are located in the control room.

How do I check in my kids?
Childcare opens Thursdays from 6:00–6:25 PM and Sundays from 8:00–8:25 AM for drop-off.
What is Dream Team Central?
Our volunteer hub in the lobby for meals, coffee, and connection.
How do I sit with my family?
Reserved section is on the left-hand side, fourth row from the front.
When do I put in block-out dates?
As early as possible in Planning Center. Avoid last-minute declines.
Preparation Checklist

Production:
Worship:

- Listen to the worship set to become familiar with the songs and flow.
- Communicate any questions before Sunday.
Worship:
- Review the setlist in Planning Center.
- Practice your parts until confident.
- Use Worship Online for tutorials if needed.
- Listen through transitions and know arrangements.
Day of Service
Production:
- Arrive at call time.
- Power on and test all systems.
- Confirm comms are working.
- Be fully ready before run-through begins.

- Warm up vocally or instrumentally.
- Be ready to start rehearsal on time.
Run-Through
Production:
- Execute cues as if live.
- Adjust levels, lighting, and transitions.
- Take notes and fix issues quickly.
- Play/sing at service level.
- Lock in dynamics and transitions.
- Watch leadership and follow direction.
Service
Production:
- Stay alert and responsive.
- Follow the Producer/Director.
- Adapt calmly if changes happen.
- Lead with confidence and humility.
- Stay engaged spiritually and musically.
- Follow leadership cues.
Post-Service
Production:
- Power down properly.
- Reset equipment and stage.
- Debrief briefly if needed.
- Return gear and reset the stage.
- Connect with the team.
- Celebrate wins and receive feedback.
Dress Code

- No large logos, graphics, or distracting patterns
- No bright neon colors
- Avoid overly tight, short, or revealing clothing
- Closed-toe shoes preferred
- Dress elevated-casual
Production
- Clean, black clothing
- No distracting graphics or large logos
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Comfortable but presentable (no pajamas, gym shorts, etc.)
- Be mindful if visible on camera or moving on stage
