Common questions
What are call times?
Thursdays at 5:30 PM and Sundays at 7:15 AM. Arrive early enough to be ready before rehearsal begins.
Where are in-ears located?
Stage right with microphones and batteries.
How do I check in my kids?
Childcare opens at 5:15 PM on Thursdays and 7:15 AM on Sundays.
What is Dream Team Central?
Our volunteer hub in the lobby for meals, coffee, and connection.
How do I sit with my family?
Reserved section is on the left-hand side, fourth row from the front.
When do I put in block-out dates?
As early as possible in Planning Center. Avoid last-minute declines.
Preparation Checklist
Before the Weekend
- Reviewed Planning Center and setlist
- Practiced parts, lyrics, transitions
- Spiritually prepared
Day of Service
- Arrived early and warmed up
- In-ears, batteries, iPad ready
- Know stage or choir placement
Run-Through
- Mix clear
- Cues, entrances, transitions solid
- Playing or singing fully so FOH can mix
Service
- Engaged in worship, not performance
- Posture leading the room
Post-Service
- Aware of adjustments for next service
- Sought feedback if needed
Dress Code
Men Tops
- Plain tees, hoodies, flannels, jackets
Avoid worded tees, busy patterns, tank tops, deep v-necks
Women Tops
- Plain tees, flannels, sweatshirts
Avoid worded tees, crop tops, tank tops, deep v-necks
Bottoms
- Jeans or slacks
Avoid white or light khaki, shorts, skirts, dresses, leggings, ripped jeans above the knee
Shoes
- Closed-toe sneakers, boots, flats
