It's Time to Move Up!

Every fall, kids and students across Opendoor move up. From Littles all the way to College, each transition is a step forward in faith, community, and belonging. This page is your guide to what comes next for your family.

MOVING
We will be moving Kindergarten into Elementary. Elementary will continue to focus on who God is, their identity, and key milestones of their faith journey like salvation, water baptism, and baptism of the Holy Spirit.

SHIFTING
We are shifting our Littles Ministry to a rolling age-based promotion, allowing children to move into the next classroom when they’re developmentally ready instead of waiting for one annual promotion.

your starting College and Moving to Opendoor College

Graduation is a significant transition. As students step into a new season of independence, new responsibilities, and big decisions, they need more than just a place to attend - they need a consistent spiritual home where they can continue growing in their faith.

Opendoor College exists to provide that consistent spiritual home throughout the college years where students can build meaningful relationships, experience biblical teaching, find opportunities to serve and lead, and stay connected to the local church. Whether a student is following Jesus, asking questions, or simply curious about faith, they’ll find a place where they are welcomed, known, and encouraged to take their next step.

What to expect

  • College Nights every other Wednesday night (beginning August 19, 2026)
  • Small Groups that meet on the off weeks between College Nights
  • Opportunities to serve, lead, and develop alongside other young adults
  • At The Table Gatherings — Once each semester, college students gather around the table for a family-style dinner designed to build community and create space for meaningful conversations and lasting friendships. It’s a chance to slow down, share a meal, and deepen relationships.
